1. Acceptance of terms
Accessing or using Voktu constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and safeguard your credentials.
- Use Voktu only for lawful study or teaching activities.
- Respect intellectual property and do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed through PCI-compliant processors. All invoices and disputes are handled according to RBI and card-network rules. If a dispute occurs we may share limited data with the processor solely to resolve it.
4. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, automated scraping, or abuse of our APIs or AI models.
- No uploading of malicious code, discriminatory content, or materials that violate Indian law.
- Respect rate limits and the experience of other learners.
5. Intellectual property
Voktu retains all rights to the platform, branding, and AI features. You own the flashcards and study material you create, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content so the service works for you.
6. Compliance with Indian regulations
These terms are interpreted under the laws of India. We follow the Information Technology Act, the Indian Contract Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and allied guidelines issued by authorities such as MeitY, RBI, or CERT-In.
Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of India, with venue in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless another forum is mandated by applicable law.
7. Termination
You may stop using Voktu at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, harm another user, or expose us to legal risk. When an account ends, your remaining flashcards can be exported upon request.
